Basic HTML select element

- options required `uicomponent`

- Field required `fielddefinitions` Field to save the value in

- Validate `fieldvalidation` Applies the given validation to the element, overwrites attributes given in the attributes popup

- Event `inputevent`

- Hide empty option `condition`

- Empty Option Text `value`
