Returns one device: its name, room, capabilities and current state.

- flow `v15.0.0` `flow`

- device `v15.0.0` `value` Device id, native address, or exact device name. Leave empty to use the device picked on the block.

- flow `v15.0.0` `flow`

- found `v15.0.0` `condition`

- device `v15.0.0` `object`

- state `v15.0.0` `object` Current value per capability, e.g. {occupancy: true, battery: 87}.

- available `v15.0.0` `condition`

Looks a device up by id, native address or exact name. `found` is false rather than erroring when there is no match, so a flow can handle a missing device without an error branch.
