Opens the radio for new devices to join, for a bounded number of seconds.

- flow `v15.0.0` `flow`

- adapter required `v15.0.0` `value` Which radio to open. • Suggestions: `zigbee` `zwave` `matter` `hue`

- seconds `v15.0.0` `number` How long to stay open. 0 closes pairing.

Default `120`

- error `v15.0.0` `value`

Puts a radio into inclusion mode: Zigbee permit-join, Z-Wave inclusion, or a Matter commissioning window. The duration is clamped to the node's configured pairing window : a radio left permanently joinable is how a mesh acquires devices nobody added. Pass 0 to close pairing immediately. Hue does not have an inclusion mode; on that adapter this creates an application key against the bridge's link button instead.
