# get rooms

This block is part of the [`globals`](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/globals) group and was last modified in core [`v15.0.0`](https://docs.rual.nl/core-versions/150000).

Returns the list of rooms that have devices assigned to them.

- flow `v15.0.0` `flow`

- rooms `v15.0.0` `array`

- count `v15.0.0` `number`

Returns the distinct non-empty room names across all adopted devices, sorted. Rooms are free text set per device; there is no separate room registry.
