Returns every sensor that is currently triggered: motion present, doors open, leaks found.

- flow `v15.0.0` `flow`

- sensor type `v15.0.0` `value` Leave empty for any kind of sensor. • Suggestions: `occupancy` `contact` `water_leak` `smoke` `gas` `vibration`

- room `v15.0.0` `value`

- flow `v15.0.0` `flow`

- devices `v15.0.0` `array`

- count `v15.0.0` `number`

Reads the registry for adopted devices of type sensor whose current state has any sensor capability reading true. A sensor the node has never heard from is EXCLUDED rather than assumed inactive : after a restart this list is empty until devices report, which is honest rather than falsely reassuring.
