Starts the flow when a sensor turns ON: motion detected, a door opened, water found, smoke detected.

- device `v15.0.0` `value` Only fire for this device. Leave empty to fire for every matching device.

- room `v15.0.0` `value` Only fire for devices in this room. Leave empty for every room.

- sensor type `v15.0.0` `value` Only fire for this kind of sensor. Leave empty for any of them. • Suggestions: `occupancy` `contact` `water_leak` `smoke` `gas` `vibration`

- flow `v15.0.0` `flow`

- device `v15.0.0` `object` The full device: id, name, room, type, capabilities, current state.

- device id `v15.0.0` `value` Stable platform id, e.g. zigbee:0x00158d0007e1a2b3.

- name `v15.0.0` `value` The device's friendly name.

- room `v15.0.0` `value` The room the device is assigned to, empty if none.

- type `v15.0.0` `value` sensor, light, switch, climate, cover, lock or button.

- capability `v15.0.0` `value` Which capability changed, e.g. occupancy, contact, power.

- value `v15.0.0` `value` The new value.

- previous `v15.0.0` `value` The value before this change, empty on the first report.

- at `v15.0.0` `number` Unix seconds the device reported.

Start-of-flow trigger. Fires when any sensor capability (occupancy, contact, water_leak, smoke, gas, vibration) transitions from false to true on an adopted device. Fires on the TRANSITION only : a motion sensor that keeps re-reporting occupancy:true fires once, when motion starts. Leave the device pin empty to fire for every sensor in the house; set sensor_type to narrow to one kind.

[sensor activated](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/home/homeassist_trigger_sensor_activated) starts the flow when a sensor turns ON, and the two [value](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/value/value_default) blocks are what narrow it: sensor type keeps it to leak detectors, room keeps it to the basement. Both are optional, and leaving them empty makes this one block the whole-house version. It fires on the TRANSITION, so a sensor sitting in a puddle and re-reporting fires the flow once, and the flow shuts the valve with [switch off](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/home/homeassist_switch_off).
