Disables the logging of the request body if it has been previously enabled

- flow `flow`

- connection required `httpconnection`

- flow `flow`

- connection `httpconnection`

Disables request-body logging for this connection by clearing the flag set by httpconnection_enable_request_body_log. Passes the connection through; a missing request object or an unwired connection makes it a pass-through no-op.
