Lists the templates stored on mssgs mail for this sender domain.

- error `value` The refusal as `CODE: message`, e.g. `RECIPIENT_SUPPRESSED`, `DOMAIN_CEILING`, `INVALID_FROM`, `INVALID_API_KEY`. Empty on success.

- response `object`

GET email/templates. `templates` is the list of {alias, name, subject} for the API key's domain, without bodies : read one with template_get. Empty list on failure; branch on success. Suppressed in a simulation.
