# connect

This block is part of the [`rabosmartpay`](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/rabosmartpay) group and was last modified in core [`v15.0.2`](https://docs.rual.nl/core-versions/150002).

Opens a Rabo Smart Pay connection from a **service provider** holding the webshop's refresh token and signing key. The credentials stay in the provider store; the connection carries only the provider's name. Leave the provider empty to use the entity's payments binding.

- provider `value` Name of a Rabo Smart Pay service provider (Settings → Service Providers). Empty uses the payments binding.

- connection `rabosmartpayconnection`

- success `condition` False when the provider does not exist, is disabled, or is not a Rabo Smart Pay provider.
