# get payment

This block is part of the [`rabosmartpay`](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/rabosmartpay) group and was last modified in core [`v15.0.2`](https://docs.rual.nl/core-versions/150002).

Reads an order as Smart Pay holds it now: **was it paid**, with what, and which transaction to refund. The answer that does not depend on the customer coming back or on a webhook arriving : Smart Pay asks for it as the fallback to the webhook, not as a polling loop.

- order id `value` required Smart Pay's order id, from create payment : not your own merchant order id.

- paid `condition` True only when the order is `COMPLETED`. This is the pin to gate fulfilment on.

- status `value` `IN_PROGRESS`, `COMPLETED`, `CANCELLED` or `EXPIRED`.

- order id `value`

- merchant order id `value`

- total amount `number` In cents.

- paid amount `number` In cents, the sum of the successful payment transactions.

- currency `value`

- transaction id `value` The transaction that took the money. A refund names this.

- payment brand `value` What the customer paid with, e.g. `IDEAL`.

- transactions `array `

- order `object`

- success `condition`

- error `value` Smart Pay's own message, e.g. *merchantOrderId should only contain alphanumeric characters*, or a sentinel for a problem in the wiring.

- error code `value` Smart Pay's code (`5017` validation, `5001` authorization) or a sentinel like `SIGNATURE_MISMATCH`.
