Triggers the event everytime the mouseenter event has been registered on the UI for the connected element

- DOM action required `value` Default DOM interaction of the returned `state` of the function you choose. Options: `append` | `replace` | `prepend` | `none`

Default `none`

- debounce required `number` By default no debounce is applied to the events, provide the debounce in ms if you would like this event to debounce before executing

Default `0ms`

- stateevents `stateevents`
