# form rows from fields

### Fields Selection Required

This block relies on fields that you selected to perform its data actions. You must manually select the fields you want to use in your flow using the fields selector modal. To access the modal, click the white button on the block.

This block requires field selection (in). You must manually select the fields you want to work with using the field selector modal. To access the modal, click the white button on the block.

Generates rows with the given fields. The fields will be used as state keys.

- form id required `value` A unique ID for the form this field is used in.

- show label at top `condition` Set this to `true` to modify the label styling in form-fields. • Hidden when other fields are filled

- hide labels `condition`

- required fields `v13.0.8` `fielddefinitions` This will add * to the labels if set to true. It will not actually validate if the fields are filled or not but just provide a visual help to the end-user if something is required or not.

- disabled `condition` Set this to `true` to disable all generated inputs. Custom inputs can overwrite this behaviour.

Default `false`

- field render `stateformfieldconnection`

- class `uiclass` Assigns a CSS class to the element. • Hidden when unused

- style `uistyle` Applies inline CSS style to the element • Hidden when unused

- attributes `uiattributes` Adds custom attributes to the element. • Hidden when unused

- state `state` Returns the element to the frontend state.
