This block is part of the [`state ui`](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/state%20ui) group and was last modified in core [`v10.4.28`](https://docs.rual.nl/core-versions/100428).

Uses browsers text-to-speech to output a certain text in voice

- flow `flow`

- voice required `value` The language you would like to speak in (e.g. `nl-NL`, `nl-BE`, `en-US` etc)

- text required `value` The text it should speak

- pitch `number` Amount of pitch (0-2) • Min: 0 • Max: 2

Default `1`

- rate `number` Rate of speech (0.5 - 2) • Min: 0.5 • Max: 2

Default `1`

- flow `flow`
