Pushes a row to the datatable with the given outlet

- flow `flow`

- selector `value` Selector to be used when this outlet is used multiple times within the current page.

- Unique id required `value` Value to make the outlet unique if it is being used multiple times on the page

- UI Component required `uicomponent`

- Position `value` Default `start`

- clear previous `v12.1.0` `condition` Default `false`

- flow `flow`
