Start-of-flow trigger on the door_position capability, which is true when OPEN. This is the physical position from a door/gate sensor, not the lock state : a door can be unlocked but shut. Fires on the transition to open.

door opened fires on the closed to open transition only, so a door standing open does not re-fire it every time the sensor reports. That is what makes it safe to pair with a timer for "still open after five minutes"; without the transition rule the timer would restart continuously and never fire.
