The blocks in the refunds group of rabosmartpay. If you run an older core, some of them may not be available to you yet.

• create refund rabosmartpayconnection v15.0.2 Refunds all or part of a payment transaction. Wire an idempotency key that is stable per refund: Smart Pay answers a repeated key with the first refund instead of making a second one.
• refundable details rabosmartpayconnection v15.0.2 How much of a payment transaction can still be refunded, and until when.
• get refund rabosmartpayconnection v15.0.2 Reads one refund's status. A refund starts PENDING.
