Start-of-flow trigger. Fires when the contact capability transitions to true, which means OPEN. Note the platform normalises this: Zigbee and Matter both report contact TRUE for a CLOSED door on the wire, and that inversion is corrected at the adapter, so `value` here is true when the door is open.
