Replaces ALL recognized emoji in the text, including multi-rune ZWJ sequences, with their :shortcode: form; variation selectors are ignored during lookup and unrecognized characters pass through unchanged. Outputs an empty string when value is not wired.
A typical wiring for unemojify: value feeds the value pin; the value out pin feeds convert to uppercase.
