Replaces leet-speak tokens with letters, trying the LONGEST token at each position, but advances only ONE character after a match, so the tail of a multi-character token is decoded again. Example: "13" -> "BE" (13->B, then 3->E). Decoded letters keep the mixed upper/lower case of the internal mapping table; unmatched characters pass through unchanged.
