Returns every point of interest inside a radius, nearest first. Reports both count and raw_count: Overture is not conflated, so the gap between them is how much duplication the source data carries at this spot. Treat count as a deduplicated search result, not a census : train_station totals 1,432 nationally against roughly 400 real stations. Data is Overture Maps Places.
