Unlocks an access-controlled door (UniFi Access). The default is a MOMENTARY unlock: the relay releases for the controller's configured hold time and then re-locks, which is the safe 'buzz someone in' behaviour. Set `hold` true to leave it unlocked until a lock command. Reports ok when the command reached the controller.

access granted fires when a reader accepts a credential, and its actor pin names who it accepted. unlock door then releases the lock and log records the person, because an access system that opens doors without writing down who asked is not an access system. Leave the hold pin off and the lock re-engages on its own schedule.
